Mr. AJAYPRAWIN VELAN, M.Eng (UK)
Mr. Ajayprawin Velan, co-founder of Habitronix Technology Pvt. Ltd., is a highly accomplished engineer with a strong technical foundation and a global track record in automation and robotics. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics (Robotics & Automation) from the prestigious University of Manchester, UK. With several years of experience in the Life Sciences Robotics industry, Ajay brings deep expertise in Electrical Design, Control Systems, and Large-Scale Automation Equipment. During his tenure at Brooks Automation (UK), he played a key role in the Life Sciences division, successfully delivering automation projects across the globe for renowned clients including GSK and AstraZeneca in the UK and US, and prestigious hospitals in Germany, Norway, China, and Australia. His international exposure and collaborative approach enable him to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and clients worldwide. With a robust background in Project Management, Procurement, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, and Control Systems, Ajay, is committed to driving technological excellence and sustainable growth through Habitronix.
Mr. NIKHIL KUMARAN, ACA
Mr. Nikhil K., co founder of Habitronix technology Pvt. Ltd., is a Chartered Accountant by profession with a distinguished track record in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight across diverse industries. With over a decade of experience, Nikhil brings a deep understanding of financial systems, business scalability, and regulatory frameworks that are vital to driving sustainable growth. Prior to establishing this Company, Nikhil held on the position of Chief Financial Officer at Shreevelu Builders where he managed financial operations for large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. His work involved structuring project finance, optimizing cash flows, enforcing cost controls, and ensuring full statutory compliance. Nikhil also brings valuable experience from an e commerce apparel group where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational and financial backbone. His responsibilities spanned the full value chain — from overseeing production and procurement to designing effective sales strategies and managing company-wide budgeting and forecasting. His leadership contributed significantly to building an efficient and compliant business model, with a strong emphasis on profitability, process optimization, and adherence to tax and regulatory requirements. Known for his analytical acumen and hands-on approach, Nikhil has a proven ability to align financial strategy with business objectives. His comprehensive knowledge of tax laws, corporate governance, and financial structuring enables the Company to operate with transparency, efficiency, and long-term vision.
